Saving Wild Tigers

Nov. 2013

"Keep the next generation wild."

Problem

There are roughly 3,200 wild tigers left in the world. They have been kicked out of their natural habitat caused by the deforestation, and have been killed for their skin and bones for luxury fashion and medicinal uses. People might be aware of this problem but it has long been overlooked, and nothing concrete has been done to solve this issue.

Insight

The perception of children today of the animal is immensely different from that of the previous generations, in that these children do not generally expect to see any tiger in the wild. Has anyone bothered to ask them how they feel about the tigers disappearing?
